I have a non-directive and collaborative approach in which I draw upon evidenced based research. My approach is unique in that I actively listen and read my notes at the end of session. I also offer experiments to accomplish your goals and begin the next session with a nonjudgmental follow up on those experiments.
I promote autonomy at all levels so whatever will work for you will work for me. We can meet as often as you'd like.
Some of the most popular themes I work with are, "not feeling good enough", "feeling stuck", "racing thoughts", worry, "caring about what other's think too much", "wanting to be better", "want to be the best version of myself", "want to be happy", attachment, and many others.
I do not accept insurance in my private practice. However, I partner with a referral source (Sondermind) that accepts insurances (Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross/Shield, Centivo, Cigna, Foster Source, Friday Health, Justice Reskill, Lucent-Summit, Optum, Oscar, TriWest, United). We can meet within Sondermind for a session and pay with insurance that way. I can facilitate that quick and easy!
