I offer individual counseling for adults (18 +). Services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each of our clients. I specialize in the spectrum of Depression and Mood Disorders, Anxiety treatments, and Trauma. I offer natural and behavioral treatments that have been shown through research to perform as well as, better than, and/or improve anti-depressants.

The issues I work with in therapy are mind-body issues. I do not have a mental illness approach. What is good for the body is good for the brain and vice versa. My openness and inclusivity influence my approach to therapy. I do not judge. I accept. I am more interested in your uniqueness than your diagnosis and I expect a full recovery in treatment.
